Olive Flame started with one craving: the food we grew up eating was not always there when we wanted it.

So we set out to build something bigger than a single product — a home for authentic Levantine food, prepared with real ingredients and made for modern life.

Chicken shawarma is where the journey begins. We took it back to Amman for the only test that mattered. It tasted like home.
