Ingredients
Halal chicken, shrak bread, garlic toum (garlic, canola oil, lemon juice, salt), olive oil, lemon, house spice blend.
Reheating instructions

Air fryer (best): 380°F for 8 minutes from frozen. Flip halfway.

Oven: 400°F for 12–14 minutes from frozen. Wrap loosely in foil.

Microwave: 2 minutes on high. Rest 30 seconds before unwrapping.

The Levantine way: Heat a pan over high heat first, then reduce to medium-low. Lightly brush both sides of the shrak with olive oil and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, until the shrak blisters, crisps and turns golden.

Always ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F before eating.

Don’t hesitate, this is the best thing in my freezer right now. Levels above a chicken tender or a frozen pizza. Flavor is top, you will eat more than one.
