Halal chicken, shrak bread, garlic toum (garlic, canola oil, lemon juice, salt), olive oil, lemon, house spice blend.

Air fryer (best): 380°F for 8 minutes from frozen. Flip halfway.

Oven: 400°F for 12–14 minutes from frozen. Wrap loosely in foil.

Microwave: 2 minutes on high. Rest 30 seconds before unwrapping.

The Levantine way: Brush both sides lightly with olive oil. Heat a pan until hot, then drop to low-medium. Two to three minutes each side until the flatbread blisters and the edges crisp. The way it's supposed to taste.

Always ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F before eating.
